WOW! The Painted Ladies have hatched!

We had a massive surprise this morning as we discovered the butteflies had emerged.

At playtime we all helped to pick some flowers so that their nectar solution could be sprinkled over to make them big and strong.

We will look after them for a few days until they are ready to be released.
