Spelling

Linked below are the Year 5 and Year 6 spellings that the children will be learning and being tested on this half term.

The statutory year 3/4 and 5/6 words can also be found for reference. 

We will be giving the children the Week 1 spellings on the first week back (07.01.25) meaning 'Week 1' will be given in week 1 , but will be tested in week 2. I hope that doesn't cause any confusion! If in doubt, your child should have the correct spelling list stuck into their reading diary each week.

Please can you support your child in learning these spellings, however you see fit.
